This has been on my mind for a long time ever since I started listening to the art that is heavy metal/hardcore/grindcore music in the 6th grade, and it desperately needs to be shared because I'm sick (triple underline "I'm sick") of hearing about it!

I don't know how many times in how many different ways I can say it! Metal, just like every other genre of music, is a form of self expression, and before you judge or be a total close minded bigot and say, "Aw, that's devil music," and "Oh, you must worship the devil listening to that," listen to the music, read the lyrics, and see all the positivity and strong meaning behind it! Here are a few of my favorite bands sharing the message of positive vibes and real inner issues:
